Shipping
We have locations in Australia & New Zealand. To ship to Australia go to the batteryspecialists.com.au and place the order for Australia there.
Most orders are processed within 2 days of order placement. Once and order is processed here it will take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location and distance from our Auckland warehouse. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use Mainfreight for all of our shipping and freight
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Returned items due to change of mind will be refunded minus costs incurred in shipping and handling of your order
The only products available in New Zealand at this time is what is available on the site. We are constantly increasing our range. If you have a large requirement for a specific range only available in Australia please get in contact with us and we can talk about processing a special order or stocking them in New Zealand
